Job Description
Nash Powersports is hiring for an Office Manager to join our team. This position is located at our Nash Powersports Auburn dealership. This is a full time position working Monday thru Friday, 8-4. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Daily deposit & reconciliation of dealership transactions. Submission & tracking of all sales finance contracts. Research outstanding funding balances. Warranty registration on all sold units Payoff sold units, in accordance with company guidelines Major Unit inventory maintenance, including data entry, creating deal jackets, and transferring of major unit inventory. Prepare title work on sold units Manage store checkbook usage. Responsible for maintaining petty cash. Assist in answering incoming phone calls Maintaining store supplies Responsible for managing MSO's/titles in accordance to dealership guidelines. Handles incoming & outgoing mail. Maintain Tax Exemption Certificates. Any other additional tasks deemed necessary for the overall success of the dealership under the direct supervision of the GM and Corporate Controller. Assist in coverage for Office Manager colleagues when on vacation The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: Detail Oriented Confident Team Player Positive Attitude Ability to Multi-Task Prior motorcycle or automotive experience a plus, but is not required
