Job Description
Qualifications & Experience:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State Certification in CPR and First Aid Proven experience with diabetic medication administration Previous school-based nursing experience is highly desirable Familiarity with managing dual work areas (portable and nurses office) Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and documentation skills Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families effectivelyKey Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing services and first aid to students as needed Oversee diabetic care and medication management for students with specialized needs Maintain organized records of nursing interventions and health plans Support health education and wellness initiatives across the school Serve as a resource for staff on student health concerns and emergency readiness Ensure compliance with all protocols and health regulations This position is based onsite and offers a stable, long-term assignment from ASAP through June 30, 2027, working 37.5 hours each week.
