An established senior living organization is seeking a detail-oriented Business Office Manager to oversee daily business office operations and partner with the Executive Director. This role blends accounting, payroll, human resources support, and resident service—making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with both numbers and people. What You'll Do Manage resident billing, accounts receivable, collections, and account inquiries with professionalism and compassion. Process invoices, maintain accounts payable records, and support accurate financial reporting. Coordinate payroll, review timekeeping, and help resolve discrepancies. Support hiring paperwork, onboarding, personnel records, and benefits administration. Maintain accurate resident and employee files while protecting confidential information. Partner with community leaders to meet deadlines, resolve concerns, and keep daily operations running smoothly. Provide responsive, friendly service to residents, families, team members, and vendors. What You'll Bring Experience in business office administration, bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, or human resources support. Senior living or healthcare experience preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Comfort with Microsoft Office and accounting, payroll, or HR systems. Clear communication skills, sound judgment, and a service-focused approach.
