Your Role:
Champion of Great Communication You will be the vital in the communication with our clients, crews, and leadership team. This isn't just an administrative role- you're the orchestrator of exceptional customer experiences and the driving force behind our operational excellence.
What You'll Master Every Day:
Customer Experience Excellence Be the first point of contact, turning every phone call and email into a positive customer experience Schedule appointments and coordinate projects with precision and care Build and nurture meaningful relationships with property managers and key clients Transform customer needs into actionable solutions Business & Marketing Growth Catalyst Take ownership of our company-wide scheduling and workflow optimization Drive marketing initiatives including targeted mailers, strategic outreach, social media campaigns, and advertising Manage contract renewals and expand our client base Coordinate with subcontractors and streamline material ordering Financial Operations Expert Master our tech stack: landscape management software, Excel, and Word Ensure financial accuracy through precise data entry and accounting practices Monitor cash flow through receivables management and timely bill processing Generate insightful financial reports that guide strategic decisions Track job costs and crew performance metrics to maximize profitability We're Looking forSomeone Who:
