The Role This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with a company on the rise. You'll start as our Office Administrator — helping with the day-to-day operations of the front office — with a clear path to take on more responsibility in operations and sales as the company grows. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls and convert leads into booked jobs Manage scheduling and daily routing for field crews Handle customer communication — calls, emails, texts — with professionalism and warmth Send invoices, follow up on accounts receivable, and keep cash flow healthy Input and track leads in our CRM (Customer Factor) and marketing spreadsheet Coordinate with field crews on scheduling changes and job updates Support the owner with administrative tasks, calendar management, and operational follow-through Grow into operations and sales support as the role expands What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in an office management, administrative, or customer service role — preferably in a service-based business Exceptional phone and written communication skills Someone who takes initiative and doesn't need to be micromanaged Comfortable with technology — we use Customer Factor, ResponsiBid, QuickBooks, Google Drive, and NiceJob (training provided) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Professional, reliable, and positive — even when things get busy Able to work independently and make sound decisions within defined authority What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience A role that grows with you — we promote from within A team that has fun and takes care of each other Clear systems and processes so you're set up to succeed — not thrown to the wolves Direct access to ownership and a voice in how the company grows Schedule Monday through Friday — daytime hours.
