and we are currently in search for a Quality Inspector.
Schedule:
7am to 3:30pm;
Monday-Friday Salary:
depending on experience.

JOB SUMMARY
The Quality Inspector is responsible for measuring and inspecting machined and formed parts to determine SPEC requirements are met.
  • The ability to read and understand aerospace engineering drawings and specifications with a STRONG grasp of GD&T.
  • Dimensionally inspect manufactured parts and be able to detect defects/out of tolerances.
  • Inspect manufactured parts and be able to produce First Article Inspection Reports.
  • Able to use inspection tools such as calipers, bore gauges, pin gauges, micrometer, scales, eddy current, optical comparator, and Rockwell hardness tester.
  • Able to proficiently program/operate a CMM.
  • Be able to provide feedback to the machinists or assemblers.
  • Be able to inspect using PCMs and formed metal parts.
  • Be familiar with Boeing Specs
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Performs daily duties and responsibilities without supervision.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work area and follows all safety regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
