Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The Manager is responsible for successfully managing the operations of the practice. Provides support to the leadership team, providers and staff. Utilizes knowledge, skills and resources required to meet the needs of the team and patients as well as meet the financial objectives of the group practice. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, proficiency in all aspects of a medical practice, and a proactive, positive attitude to foster a productive and welcoming atmosphere for all staff and visitors. Responsibilities Oversees HR and ensures effective administration/implementation of compensation, benefits, job descriptions, personnel policies and payroll practices In conjunction with the department supervisors, participates in the selection, training and supervision of all clinic staff In conjunction with the department supervisors, participates in staff supervision, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions Resolves administrative and operational problems including the maintenance of clinic property, computer systems and installed software applications Ensures compliance with regulations and standards, HR, fiscal, retirement plans. Gathers and report data for fiscal and statistical analysis Establishes\implements\maintains goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for all operational areas of the clinic Serves as a liaison between clinic and external agencies. Helps ownership team develop clinic strategic plans and objectives based upon identified needs of patients In conjunction with department supervisors, participates in staff supervision, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions Resolves administrative and operational problems including the maintenance of clinic property, computer systems and installed software applications Ensures compliance with regulations and standards, HR, fiscal, retirement plans Gathers and reports data for fiscal and statistical analysis. Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and spreadsheets and data entry tasks Excellent communication skills Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with productivity software like Word processing programs and data management tools. Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment Maintains the strictest confidentiality Performs other duties as assigned.
