This job is great for someone who loves keeping things organized, checking off tasks, working with digital tools, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Benefits and Schedule:
  • Ideal Schedule for this position: Flexible, Monday-Friday [Flexible shifts include: 8AM-12PM, 9AM-1PM, or 10AM-2PM]
  • $20.00 - $25.00/hour depending on experience
  • WA Standard Sick Leave Highlighted Responsibilities As our Part-Time Office Administrator, you will support our team with strong administrative and organizational skills while delivering professional client service and collaborating effectively with staff in a team-focused environment.
In this role you will:
  • Process daily workflows in Dext, QuickBooks Online, and Karbon, ensuring accurate records and updates
  • Maintain organized electronic files using consistent naming conventions and filing procedures
  • Support client service by preparing documents, gathering information, and completing assigned tasks on time
  • Track tasks and deadlines, proactively updating the team on delays or issues
  • Provide general office support, including email, scheduling, document prep, and internal communications What We Are Looking For Someone who demonstrates independence in task execution, supports team success and cohesion, and thrives in client support.
Our ideal candidates will have:
  • 1+ years of administrative or office support experience.
  • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other communication tools.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and handle routine physical tasks, including lifting up to 15 lbs.
  • Background Check and Drug Test will be required.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
