Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Production Assistant Manager / Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Production Department. This role is the vital link between our customers, installers, and sales team, ensuring remodeling projects move efficiently from sale to final installation.
Key Responsibilities Project Coordination:
Assist the Production Manager in scheduling remodeling projects, tracking progress, and ensuring installers have the necessary materials and documentation.Customer Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers. Provide regular updates on scheduling and project status, and handle any concerns with urgency and professionalism.Office Administration:
Manage project files, internal records, and office workflows. Coordinate communication between departments to ensure a seamless transition from sales to production.Service & Warranty:
Document and schedule post-installation service requests, ensuring all warranty items are resolved promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.Compliance:
Ensure all projects meet required documentation standards and partner program guidelines.Qualifications Experience:
Previous experience in office management, construction administration, or project coordination is strongly preferred.Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a talent for conflict resolution.Organization:
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Tech Savvy:
Proficient in CRM systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.Attitude:
A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of tasks and remains calm under pressure.
