Pay:
$57.00 - $64.00 Hourly Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support product launch and lifecycle initiatives. This role will drive cross-functional planning, execution, readiness, communications, and operational excellence for major product releases and customer-impacting initiatives. The successful candidate will partner with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Support, Servicing, and Business Operations teams to coordinate launch activities and ensure the successful delivery of key milestones. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain integrated project plans, launch timelines, and readiness checklists across multiple stakeholder groups.
Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment on launch goals, deliverables, customer communications, and operational readiness.
Track and communicate program status, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to leadership and partner teams.
Support release planning, launch execution, adoption initiatives, and lifecycle management activities.
Create executive-ready presentations, status reports, dashboards, and business updates.
Coordinate stakeholder reviews, decision-making forums, launch readiness meetings, and post-launch assessments.
Partner with engineering and business teams to identify process improvements that increase operational efficiency and execution quality.
Manage multiple concurrent initiatives while ensuring deliverables meet quality, schedule, and business objectives.
Required Qualifications5+ years of Program or Project Management experience supporting complex technology programs.
Proven experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving engineering and business stakeholders.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience creating and maintaining project plans, status reporting, and executive communications.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting software product launches, release readiness, customer communications, or lifecycle management initiatives.
Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data and operational insights into actionable recommendations.
Experience working with geographically distributed teams and executive stakeholders.
