Daily Wave :
Answer → Book → Confirm → Service → Collect → Rebook. Your job is to keep that wave rolling so smoothly our customers start to suspect we're psychic. First real management seat? Perfect. You'll train and certify under an experienced office operations pro for your first 90 days. We don't throw people into the ocean and call it onboarding. We teach you to surf — then we hand you the beach. Your day, when you're doing it right Phones don't ring twice. Every call answered, every job booked and confirmed, every day closed with zero loose ends The team hums. You coordinate our in-office crew and virtual CSRs — you're the person everyone's glad showed up today Money moves. Invoices out, payments in, and you're friendly-but-relentless on the follow-up Customers stay happy. Issues solved fast, every review answered within 24 hours — yes, even the spicy ones. Especially the spicy ones. The boring stuff happens on time. Payroll inputs, recurring admin, locked calendar. Boring-on-time is a beautiful thing. How you win (and what it pays) Day 30: You know the Daily Wave cold Day 60: You're running the daily rhythm without training wheels Day 90: Certified on all six office workflows → $2/hr raise, in writing, in your offer letter Every month: Hit the scorecard — calls answered, cash collected, issues crushed, reviews handled → up to $500 bonus Perform in year one and you're earning $54K-$60K , with a real path up as we expand across the Pacific Northwest. No mystery promotions here. You'll always know exactly what winning looks like and exactly what it pays. You might be our person if... You've spent 2+ years in a busy office — home services, trades, dental or medical front desk, property management, anywhere the phone never stops You're the one everyone finds when something's on fire You've led, trained, or covered for teammates — shift-lead or senior-CSR energy absolutely counts Payment follow-up calls don't scare you. Honestly? You kind of enjoy the hunt. You learn software fast — scheduling or CRM experience is great, QuickBooks is a bonus You're Happy. Hungry. Humble. Our three core values. We screen hard for all three, and two out of three doesn't cut it. Pay & benefits $21-$25/hr DOE- monthly performance bonus up to $500
- $2/hr certification raise at 90 days
- How to apply (read this part — it's secretly a test) Send your resume plus a short note answering three things: The busiest office you've ever worked in, and what you handled A time someone trusted you with something above your pay grade A number or result you personally moved Then sneak the word "tsunami" into your note.
