Our business is fast-paced, highly legalistic, and thrives on systems. We operate like a finely tuned machine, and we are looking for a dedicated administrative professional to anchor our front-line desk and support our backend workflow.

Former Licensed Real Estate Agents:
If you love the real estate industry but realized you hate 100% commission grinds, lead prospecting, and working weekends, we offer the W-2 stability you crave.
Escrow Processors or Legal Assistants:
If you are used to intense timeline pressure, managing strict contract dates, and precise compliance, but want a happier, more energetic office culture.
Seasoned Executive/Corporate Admins:
If you possess high life experience, excellent phone presence, and want a predictable, stable, localized workspace.
Core Responsibilities:
The Hub Anchor:
Answer all incoming office lines, greet clients, and act as the warm, professional face of the company.
Production Pipeline Support:
Assist our lead transaction team by drafting listings in the MLS, ordering sign installations, placing lockboxes, and managing compliance file uploads.
Core-Hour Availability:
Maintain active, dedicated support at the front desk until 5:00 PM sharp Monday through Friday to ensure our field agents always have backup during critical afternoon crunch times.
Vacation & Redundancy Backup:
Learn our detailed operational playbooks so you can seamlessly maintain file coordination and listing updates when team leads are out of the office.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of heavy administrative, legal clerk, or escrow processing experience. High proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and tech platforms. The ability to stay calm, professional, and clear-headed under fast-paced deadline pressures. Exceptional verbal communication skills (you love talking to people on the phone)
Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
