What You'll Do Oversee daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff. Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and accessible. Manage incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy. Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity. Handle client sensitive data and ensure high level care is always taken. Attend internal leadership meetings and contribute to growth. Tax knowledge or experience a plus. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles. Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail. Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of organization. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients. Pay:
