Duties Assist in managing front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and route messages accurately Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, maintaining accurate records and files Assist with bookkeeping and RollMaster entries to support financial record-keeping Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for team meetings, appointments, and events Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing supplies Provide excellent customer service support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure all office equipment is functioning properly Experience Previous office experience or clerical background demonstrating familiarity with administrative tasks Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Experience with RollMaster or similar bookkeeping software is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual ability is a plus Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette standards Demonstrated ability to handle customer support scenarios with professionalism and patience Experience in construction receptionist roles is advantageous but not required Join us as an Office Assistant and be a key contributor to our vibrant team!
