ABOUT THIS JOB
As the Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of our dynamic workplace. This position is the cornerstone of our daily operations, requiring a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage administrative tasks, facilitate communication, and contribute to the overall organization of the office. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Coordinate and schedule conference rooms for meetings. Monitor and replenish office supplies as necessary. Keep track of inventory for office equipment and initiate maintenance or replacements as needed. Ensure a clean, organized, and well-maintained office environment. Coordinate with external vendors for office-related services. Respond to emails and inquiries promptly. Assist colleagues with administrative tasks as needed. Identify opportunities for office improvement and efficiency. Ad-hoc tasks when assigned.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
A high school diploma is required as a minimum qualification. Preferred experience in office administration or a related field. Preferred experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail in managing records, scheduling, and office resources. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Efficient time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle unforeseen challenges. Customer support mindset.
