Your Role Will Involve:

• Working along side outstanding CNA in a 6/1 Patient
• Nurse ratio.
• Provide patient care based on individualized plans and current health status.
• Being an integral part of the coordination and delegation of patient care activities.
• Prioritizing patient care based on urgency and need.
• Swiftly executing physician's care directives and ensuring documentation is pristine.
• Being hands-on with specialized procedures like tracheostomy care, suctioning, and wound management.
• Spearheading emergency responses with clarity and precision.

What We're Looking For:

• An active, unencumbered WA DOH license.
• Willingness to embrace WA DSHS approved AFH qualifications.
• Proactive acquisition of BLS with AED certification within 30 days of joining us.
• A valid TB ppd or gold top serum test (2-step if never done before) within two days of onboarding.

Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:

• Previous RN/LPN experience, familiarity with Ventilator setting.
• Some knowledge in technology and computer systems.
