Genesis Chiropractic is a growing, family-focused chiropractic office, and we're excited to add another member to our team! We are looking for an outgoing, dependable, and self-sufficient individual who thrives in a fast-paced, highly social environment. Our office serves many families and children, so the ideal candidate genuinely enjoys interacting with people and is comfortable working around kids of all ages. Responsibilities Greet patients and create a welcoming, positive experience from the moment they walk through the door Coordinate patient flow throughout a busy office Maintain accurate and organized patient records Answer phones and communicate professionally with current and prospective patients Assist families with child supervision when needed Manage daily office tasks and responsibilities with minimal guidance Help keep the office organized, efficient, and running smoothly Qualifications Comfortable and enthusiastic working with children of all ages Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicating with others Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative Self-motivated and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision Comfortable using computers and learning new software Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Join Our Team This position is a great fit for someone who is outgoing, loves people, enjoys being part of a close-knit team, and wants to work in a fun, family-centered healthcare environment.
