We install and service commercial gym equipment. If you've walked into a Planet Fitness, a hotel fitness room, a school weight room or a hospital wellness center around Wisconsin, there's a good chance our crews built what's in it. We're twelve people. We crossed a million dollars in revenue this year, we're taking on work in new states, and there's more expansion coming. Growing that fast is a good problem — but right now the two guys who run our operations are doing invoicing at nine at night instead of running jobs. That's the opening. We need someone to own the office so they can go do what they're actually good at. What you'd be doing The money side. Getting invoices out the day a job closes and chasing the ones that don't get paid. Purchase orders. Keeping an eye on receipts, checks going out, checks coming in. Verifying crew hours and job coding before payroll runs. Keeping QuickBooks clean enough that we can trust what it tells us. The people side. New hire paperwork, and sitting down with new guys to walk them through our onboarding packet so they actually start off right. The customer side. Calling ahead to let customers know our crew is on the way. Being the person our field guys can reach when something changes on site or a customer has a problem. Over time, and only if you want it: quotes and estimates. We'll teach you. If you've got range, we've got room We sell used equipment and we're not doing a good job of getting it in front of people. If you've got any interest in listing product online, keeping a website current, or running a social media page, tell us. It's not required and we won't hold it against you if it's not your thing — but if it is, this job gets bigger and more interesting fast. What we're really looking for Someone who catches things. That's the core of it. Somebody who notices a number that's off, an invoice that never went out, a guy who's been coding his hours wrong for three weeks. The software can be taught. Noticing can't.

Past that:

comfortable on a computer, organized under a lot of moving pieces, and willing to call a customer about a past-due invoice without dreading it all morning. QuickBooks experience is a big plus. If you've done office or books for a contractor, a trades company, or any small business where you wore a lot of hats — that's exactly the background. What we're not There's no HR department, no committee, no six layers of approval. You'll work directly with the owner and our two operations leads. See a better way to do something, say it — we'll probably just do it. We're also not a place you can hide. Twelve people means everybody's work is visible. For the right person that's the best part of this job, not the worst. The details $18-22/hour depending on what you bring. Anywhere from 20 to 40 hours a week — tell us what works for your life and we'll build around it. School hours, four days a week, whatever it is, we're flexible and we mean it. This is on-site work at our shop in the Berlin industrial park, during the day. It's not remote and it's not nights. Easy drive from Ripon, Omro, Princeton, Wautoma, Green Lake or Wautoma. Weekly pay every Friday. Paid time off. Seven paid holidays. No health insurance — we're being straight with you about that. This is a job you can grow into. As we get bigger, this seat gets bigger.
