Job Description

Pablo Group Properties is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Real Estate Office Administrator to join our team. This part-time position supports the day-to-day operations of our commercial and residential properties and provides administrative and customer service support to tenants, vendors, and our property management team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and someone who takes pride in being responsive and following through. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and wants to be an important part of a small, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for commercial and residential property operations Respond professionally to tenant and property inquiries by phone and email Coordinate maintenance requests, repair appointments, and work orders Communicate maintenance updates and follow up to ensure work is completed Handle tenant payment processing, data entry, and deposits Assist in managing building access systems and tenant fob inventory Support property website updates, office supply management, and day-to-day office organization Coordinate tenant communications, newsletters, events, and community room reservations Maintain vendor insurance documentation and compliance Assist with move-in and move-out communications Provide general administrative support to the Property Manager and property management team What We're Looking For Highly organized with strong attention to detail Professional phone and email communication skills Dependable and proactive Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with AppFolio or similar property management software Previous experience in real estate, property management, construction management, lending, or a related field Associate degree or coursework in business administration, real estate, accounting, or office management If you're someone who enjoys staying organized, helping others, and being part of a great team, we'd love to hear from you!
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
