Overview We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator to join our team. This vital role ensures smooth daily operations by managing administrative tasks, supporting staff, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational skills to help our office run seamlessly. Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate office management tasks efficiently Support calendar management and schedule appointments or meetings for staff members Utilize productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative functions Assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and invoices Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, whether in person or via phone or email Experience Previous office experience or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent phone etiquette, data entry accuracy, and proofreading skills Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles or personal assistant roles is beneficial but not required Join us as an Office Administrator to be the backbone of our office operations!
