Corporate Overview Mastip Inc. is a global hot runner supplier, supporting OEMs, custom injection molders, and mold builders. Mastip's focus is to provide exceptional solutions for hot runner applications, industry leading customer service and satisfaction, and continuously develop advanced solutions for complex injection molding applications. Job Description Mastip is seeking an Office Administrator to support the day to day operations of the business. This role works with the entire team from sales, service, assembly, includes Mastip's corporate team in New Zealand, and operations in China. Daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, accounting functions (payables & receivables), responding to customer inquiries for spare parts and providing quotes, preparing and shipping orders, processing orders, and supporting inventory accuracy and current in-house supply. The ideal candidate for this role will have accounting experience and be customer service and detail oriented. Response time for inquiries and orders is critical to maintain reputation as a customer service leader. Administrative experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to provide training for the right candidate with a positive, self-motivated, and team-positive attitude. Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting functions: Payables & Receivables
  • Respond to inquiries for spare parts, provide a quote, and leadtime
  • Process inquiries from quote stage through order and invoice
  • Package and ship orders
  • Support sales team, service, and assembly with availability of parts and components
  • Inventory management to ensure accuracy
  • Answering incoming calls
  • This role will provide back up in other areas when necessary Qualifications
  • High School Education (Minimum)
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, with the ability to learn Mastip programs
  • Knowledge and experience with an ERP system
  • Working knowledge of scheduling shipment through local and regional curriers
  • Positive attitude with the desire to work as a team
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Self-motivated, time management, and reliable
  • Ability to work on-site between 8-5. Hours may vary with exceptions.
  • Ability to commute, and reasonably located near Jackson, WI Benefits Full-time employees are eligible for company benefits after 30 days, including 3 weeks of annual vacation and 5 days Paid Time Off per year.
