Job Description

Characteristics:
o High Integrity and Character o Trustworthy and discreet o Outgoing and Confident; Comfortable with high-intensity clients
Competencies:
o Good communication and writing skills o Well organized o Self-starter; willing to initiate and/or complete tasks without extensive direction/oversight
Skills:
o Microsoft suite (Word, Excel) o Adobe suite (Photoshop, Acrobat, etc.) o Monograph (A plus, but not required)
Experience:
o 5-year experience managing people/projects preferred o College degree preferred
Duties:
o Go-between for clients and our professional designers: o Receive inquiries and respond o Prepare and send proposals o Schedule, confirm, and follow up on all meetings o Create physical and digital job folders with project information o Office Gatekeeper (Very few walk-ins/Calls) o All office administration tasks: o Order office supplies o Coordinate office events o Organize and document all weekly staff meetings o Oversee Invoicing Process in conjunction with
Bookkeeper:
o Work with the CEO/Senior Designer to prepare data for monthly Invoicing o Verify Invoice accuracy o Follow up as necessary o Manage and/or
Create All Marketing Activities:
o Quarterly newsletters o Instagram account o All other PR o Individualized Client coffee table books and letters o Photography for completed homes o Reports to Senior Designer o Flexible hours and schedule
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
