Role Description The Automotive Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lomira, WI. This position oversees day-to-day office operations, including managing customer records, processing sales and service paperwork, handling billing and payments, and maintaining accurate inventory and vehicle documentation. The Automotive Office Manager coordinates schedules, supports dealership leadership with reporting, and ensures compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The role involves answering phones, greeting visitors, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with sales and service teams to keep workflows organized. The ideal candidate will streamline administrative processes, help maintain an orderly office environment, and support a positive customer experience. Qualifications Strong office administration and organizational skills, including document management, filing, and data entry. Proficiency with computer systems and software such as spreadsheets, word processing tools, and dealership or point-of-sale systems. Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and team members in person and over the phone. Basic accounting and bookkeeping abilities, including handling invoices, payments, reconciliations, and daily cash/receipt balancing. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling contracts, titles, registration paperwork, and compliance-related documents. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced retail automotive office. Previous experience in an office management, administrative, or automotive dealership role is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or education in business, administration, or related fields is beneficial.
