Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our growing team. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day office operations, including front desk coordination, multi-line phone systems, and welcoming visitors with a high level of professionalism. Manage schedules and calendars for staff and executive leadership to support efficient time management and productivity. Coordinate vendor relationships by ordering office supplies, negotiating services, and maintaining strong partnerships with external providers. Support human resources activities, including employee onboarding, personnel record maintenance, and assistance with training and development efforts. Perform bookkeeping and basic accounting functions using QuickBooks to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records. Assist in planning and coordinating company meetings, training sessions, and special events to ensure smooth execution. Maintain organized filing systems and document workflows while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in office administration or a related role, with strong organizational and clerical skills. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and the Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional presence, including confidence in managing front desk responsibilities. Experience supporting event planning, vendor coordination, calendar management, and office management systems. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
