This pivotal role involves overseeing daily office operations, managing financial activities, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring exceptional communication. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and possess a comprehensive understanding of business processes to drive efficiency and growth. Duties Manage all aspects of business operations, including administrative tasks, financial management to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable Processing billing Payroll processing Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for detailed data analysis, preparing reports, financial statements, and presentations that support strategic decision-making. Maintain accurate accounting records, perform financial analysis, and support budgeting activities. Manage business operations teams by providing leadership, setting goals, monitoring performance, and promoting a collaborative work environment. Experience Proven experience in managing business operations or office management roles with a focus on finance or accounting. Demonstrated proficiency with with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Leadership experience managing teams, including operational workflows.
