Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office environment. This role is vital in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, fostering a productive workplace, and managing essential office functions. The ideal candidate will bring energy, leadership, and a proactive approach to coordinating office activities, supporting team members, and maintaining efficient processes. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office operations, including front desk duties, multi-line phone systems, and greeting visitors with professional phone etiquette. Oversee scheduling management for pickup and deliveries, appointments, and events to optimize team productivity. Handle vendor management by organizing bills, managing relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies and services. Maintain accurate bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial recordkeeping using QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Organize company events, meetings, and special functions to promote team engagement and morale. Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Experience with Google based software like Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc. Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette. Demonstrated ability to manage schedules efficiently and coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience and knowledge or boats is a huge must!
Pay:
$16.00 - $29.46 per hour
