Job Description
Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service to all clients and staff. Responsible for coordinating admissions to agency services for consumers who have third party payer insurance funding sources. Manages agency/clinical staff in managed care networks and ensures that the agency and clinical staff are credentialed by third party payer insurance companies. Works with insurance and managed care companies to obtain eligibility information and authorization of services. Assists with agency insurance, admissions and customer relations processes as needed. Supervises office assistants, all reception functions and front desk staff, and admissions/business office float staff. High School Diploma or GED required Computer experience required. Must be able to process large amounts of data and be flexible with work assignments. 5 Years of Office Management required, medical office preferred.
