Respond with Compassionate Action We are seeking an Office Manager to join our U.S. Rebuild team in Harrison County, West Virginia. Through humanitarian work, the goal and purpose of Samaritan's Purse are to help people in Jesus' name and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. In the role of Office Manager, you will have the opportunity to: Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ Be the first friendly face our volunteer teams see! Greet, assist, and guide them upon arrival, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed with a smile, setting the stage for an amazing volunteer experience. Manage crucial information for staff and volunteers. Handle everything from non-exempt staff timesheets to volunteer documentation, ensuring that every hour served is accurately recorded and appreciated. Provide essential support to homeowners, making their experience as smooth as possible. Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to review and prepare engaging weekly and monthly reports. Highlight project milestones and ongoing work, showcasing our rebuilding initiatives. Other duties as assigned What are the qualifications? Serve with Excellence As a qualified candidate, you will have the following skills and experience: One-year certificate from college or technical school and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite What are the benefits?
