Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
: The Support Services Coordinator assists in project planning, coordinates daily work order assignments, performs departmental clerical activities, recordkeeping and training duties as assigned. This position serves as a liaison between the Support Services Director and other Department Directors and outside contractors. The Coordinator assists the Environmental Services Manager, Food Services Manager and Security Coordinator.
REQUIREMENTS
: High school diploma or GED Minimum of 1 year of office management experience
PREFERRED
: Office Management certification, Autocad experience and 3 years experience coordinating Facilities Management offices
