Job Description

Administrative Clerk / Office Support Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to provide clerical and administrative support in an office environment. This position will assist with general office operations, including data entry, filing, phone support, mail distribution, reporting, and basic Accounts Receivable activities . The ideal candidate will have strong communication and typing skills, good attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. This is a 100% on-site position . Key Responsibilities Administrative & Clerical Support Perform general clerical and administrative duties in an office setting. Sort and distribute incoming mail. Answer incoming phone calls and route calls to the appropriate individuals or departments. Assist administrative staff with day-to-day office support. Perform filing and maintain organized records and documentation. Complete accurate and timely data entry. Prepare and assist with required weekly reports . Provide general customer service and respond to routine inquiries. Accounts Receivable Support Assist with basic Accounts Receivable (AR) activities. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to AR functions. Provide administrative support related to financial and customer account information. Office Equipment & Systems Operate standard office equipment, including: Photocopiers Scanners Fax machines Voicemail systems Personal computers Utilize Microsoft Office applications to complete daily responsibilities and reporting. Qualifications Previous administrative, clerical, office support, or related experience preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good typing and data-entry skills. Strong analytical and organizational abilities. Good understanding of Accounts Receivable . Ability to accurately maintain files, records, and documentation. Ability to manage routine and repetitive administrative responsibilities. Strong attention to detail.
