Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and type 40+ wpm. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Perform secretarial and clerical tasks assigned

Requirements:

Minimum of a high school diploma, HS transcripts, or GED/HS equivalency certificate. Current/valid driver's license and be 21 with an insurable driving record to meet driving insurability requirements. Must obtain MAC (Medication Assistant Certified) — training provided on-site Employment requires a 5 day paid orientation held in Marion County, AL, Monday-Friday, 8:30a-4p.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Rate of Pay:

$11.25/hr
