This position plays an important role in helping our office operate efficiently while supporting educational opportunities for our members. Responsibilities Maintain and monitor the program budget. Prepare monthly and quarterly activity reports. Register students for classes and programs. Review invoices and prepare check requests. Enter and maintain accurate information in the student database. Assist with the development and production of class catalogs. Provide general administrative support as needed. Requirements Knowledge of how to negotiate and coordinate educational classes. Experience working with a diverse population. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and professionally. The ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers and stakeholders. A positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
