Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! The Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of a busy pest control office. Lewis Pest Control provides high‑quality pest and termite services to both residential and commercial customers. In this role, you will handle customer communications, schedule appointments, and perform a wide range of general office duties. Success in this position requires exceptional customer service, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering a "Best in Class" Customer Experience. This role also includes various accounting and administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities Provide a "Best in Class" Customer Experience to every caller and visitor Answer and route phone calls; respond to customer emails Schedule appointments for residential and commercial customers Complete daily, weekly, and monthly accounting tasks and reports Maintain organized digital and physical customer files Perform data entry in company software systems Assist with completing production forms and maintaining chemical records per State requirements Support office staff with general administrative duties as needed Qualifications Proven office experience with strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, and document proofreading Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Workspace applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy including familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software Reliable, well-groomed, and able to work independently Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude 2-4 years of administrative or customer service experience Join us in this exciting role where your organizational talent and proactive attitude will make a real difference!
