Office Assistant About Us NexGen Controls & Systems is a custom control panel manufacturer specializing in UL-certified industrial control panels for water, wastewater, and industrial applications. We are seeking an organized and dependable Office Assistant to support our office operations and administrative team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, pays close attention to detail, and is willing to learn new tasks as they grow within the company. Responsibilities File and organize company documents and records Scan and upload paperwork into digital filing systems Match and organize credit card receipts and supporting documentation Assist with data entry and maintaining office records Answer and direct phone calls when needed Prepare and organize paperwork for invoices and other office processes Assist with general administrative duties and special projects Help maintain an organized and efficient office environment Maintain confidentiality when handling company information Perform other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Dependable and professional attitude Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities over time Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, trustworthy, and eager to learn. The right candidate will begin by assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks and may have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities such as invoicing and billing as they gain experience.
