Position Summary Provides administrative and operational support in a fast-paced, high-volume office environment. Assists staff, students, and visitors with routine inquiries and office needs while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities may include answering phones and emails, filing and organizing documents, data entry, preparing materials, processing paperwork, and assisting with special projects. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, dependability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines Job Duties and Responsibilities Job Duties and Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
Provide general clerical and administrative support to office staff.
Answer phone calls, respond to basic inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate person.
Greet visitors and assist students, faculty, staff, and other guests.
Maintain accurate electronic and paper files and records.
Prepare, copy, scan, organize, and distribute documents and forms.
Assist with data entry and routine administrative tasks.
Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail.
Keep work areas organized.
Assist with preparing materials for meetings, events, and presentations.
Prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office environment.
Work collaboratively with staff and other student employees.
Follow office procedures, university policies, and established safety and security guidelines.
Maintain a professional, friendly, and dependable presence in the office.
