We Need You!
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations, including scheduling, data entry, and document management. Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for executives and team members. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and other office software. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor. Maintain accurate records, organize files, and manage confidential documents with discretion. Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and event planning as needed. Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure office equipment is operational. Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Collaborate with various departments to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certification in office administration preferred. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and office management software. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment. Professional and friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills. Experience handling confidential information with discretion. Familiarity with scheduling tools, document management systems, and office equipment.
