Wachter is looking for a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to support the successful execution of a Nationwide Service SLA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys managing details, and is passionate about keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed. As a Service Coordinator, you'll play a key role in scheduling, ordering materials, documentation, and administrative support. You will work closely with project managers and team leads to ensure timelines are met, resources are aligned, and communication flows smoothly with the Service SLA(s) assigned. Experience in any of the following fields is a plus: Access Control, Burglar Alarm, Fire Alarm, CCTV systems, cabling. Experience working with Service Level Agreements, SOPs, and dispatching are helpful. At least 2 years of technician field, project coordination or management experience. Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office programs, virtual environments, and web-based platforms. Able to maintain customer relationships on the phone and virtually with a strong professional writing ability. Strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills. Ability to prioritize tasks. Project Management experience in Alarm, Technology, or related fields is helpful. Will be required to be on-call in a rotation schedule.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager with daily operational tasks. Ability to work under pressure and endure stressful tasks. Provide support to onsite technicians. Manage expectations with Dispatchers and Admins. Manage service queues, providing priority to the team. Manage service financials with management supervision. Maintain a high standard of quality and professionalism. Perform any other duties not specifically stated herein, but which your supervisor may assign. Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by the Company \n $20 - $25 an hour \n
