Scheduler / Secretary -
BRMC Pulmonology Clinic SUMMARY:
To greet, prioritize, and schedule appointments for patients and/or their families in the clinic area. To ensure the waiting room is in order and assist anyone having questions or seeking assistance.
BAXTER HEALTH COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards and policies. Required to work with the Clinic Manager regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Baxter Health Clinic.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
12 to 18 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other:
Specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; E.G., clerical/administrative

Must be able to handle critical and highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure. Work Environment Office setting, within a clinic environment Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a position in a clinic setting which is open 8 hours a day.
Office staff:
work 5 days a week, Monday - Friday.
