Job Description

Job Summary ProCLAD Construction is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Project Coordinator to support our project management and operations team. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while assisting with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. This position is a great opportunity for a college student pursuing a degree in Construction Management or a related field. Construction experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Responsibilities Assist project managers with daily administrative tasks Organize and maintain project files and documentation Enter and update information in project management software (JobTread, Procore, etc.) Track and follow up on submittals, RFIs, and project documentation Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal team members Help coordinate scheduling and project timelines Perform general office and administrative duties as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Currently pursuing or interested in Construction Management or a related field (preferred) Prior construction or administrative experience preferred, but not required Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry) Ability to communicate professionally and clearly Willingness to learn and take initiative Bilingual English/Spanish, preferred Schedule Approximately 20 - 25 hours per week Flexible scheduling (ideal for students) Compensation $15.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience Why Join ProCLAD?
