Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Part Time Bartender (Friday & Saturday 5p-10p) to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our bar, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted beverages, and a lively atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and knowledge will help elevate our establishment's reputation as a premier destination for fine dining, nightlife, and social gatherings. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair. Engage with guests in a friendly, attentive manner to ensure a positive experience from the moment they arrive. Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS to process orders and transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management proactively. Handle cash transactions responsibly, process payments accurately, and balance cash drawers at shift end. Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication. Contribute to a lively atmosphere by engaging in nightclub or event settings when required. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender with knowledge of mixology techniques and cocktail creation. Familiarity with POS systems for processing sales efficiently. Strong understanding of beverage recipes, wine knowledge, spirits, craft beer trends, and food pairing principles. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Experience working in hotel, fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively through excellent time management skills. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in the hospitality industry. Pay:
