High school diploma and appropriate specialized training.

REPORTS TO

Designated Supervisor

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs office routines and practices necessary for a productive and smoothly run office. Takes and transcribes dictation of various types, including correspondence, reports, notices, and recommendations. Receives, places and routes calls as appropriate and records messages if needed. Prepares reports, maintains records, files, and expends funds in accordance with supervisor's directions. Orders and maintains supplies as needed or required by the supervisor. Performs bookkeeping tasks assiciated with the specific position or special assignments. Obtains, gathers, and organizes pertinent data as needed and puts it into usable form
