About Frontier Group Inc. Frontier Group Inc. is a premier provider of metal finishing services for the aerospace and defense sectors. We don't manufacture parts—we make them flight-ready. We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality & Administrative Assistant to join our team in Chino Valley, Arizona , and help ensure our technical treatments meet rigorous industry standards. Position Overview The Quality & Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to our Quality Management and Customer Service teams. In the aerospace chemical processing industry, exact documentation and strict regulatory adherence are everything. You will prepare reports, onboard new customers, manage process certifications, audit job routers, and maintain compliance with Nadcap and AS9100 standards.

Key Responsibilities Documentation & Compliance:
Review and organize job routers, certificates of conformance (CoC), and process validation records for finishing treatments (e.g., anodizing, plating, passivation, or coating).
Nadcap Audit Readiness:
Assist in organizing, archiving, and retrieving data packets required for stringent Nadcap and customer quality audits.
Chemical Log Maintenance:
Help maintain precise records of chemical tank analysis, solution testing cycles, and environmental compliance paperwork.
New Customer Onboarding:
Onboard new customers and set them up accurately within the ERP system.
Data Entry & Reporting:
Log non-conformance reports (NCRs), track corrective actions, and update quality metrics within our internal tracking system.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
1-3 years of administrative or quality support experience in a technical environment. Experience in manufacturing settings or a production environment is highly preferred.
Industry Standards:
Basic familiarity with
AS9100 , ISO
9001, or Nadcap accreditation requirements is a major plus. Unrivaled Attention to
Detail:
Ability to spot minor errors in dense technical certifications, numbers, and regulatory formulas.
Software Proficiency:
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for logging metrics); experience with ERP or specialized quality management software is a benefit.
Strong Collaboration:
Excellent communication skills to coordinate between our laboratory technicians, process operators, and quality managers. Pay:
From $19.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
