Role Description The Branch Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Peoria, AZ. This role is responsible for coordinating daily branch operations, including scheduling, documentation, and communication among clinical staff, administrative personnel, and patients. The Branch Coordinator assists with intake and follow-up of patient referrals, maintains accurate records, and ensures that branch activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations. The role involves answering phone calls and inquiries, supporting billing or insurance-related processes, and preparing reports or updates for branch leadership. The Branch Coordinator collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues, improve workflow efficiency, and support a positive and professional environment for patients and colleagues. Qualifications Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling, documentation, and multiple priorities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency with office software and electronic record systems; ability to learn new tools and processes quickly. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, recordkeeping, and compliance with procedures and regulations. Customer service mindset and problem-solving skills to respond to inquiries and support patient and staff needs. Previous experience in healthcare administration, branch coordination, or a related operational role is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in healthcare or business administration is a plus. Ability to work on-site in Peoria, AZ, maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability.
