We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Experience Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing various administrative tasks related to patient experience and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all patients. This role is does not require phone duties.
Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant may be assigned one or more duties. These duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Email Management:
Respond promptly and professionally to emails received from various senders, including patients and attorneys. Provide accurate and helpful information, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner.
Bad Address Report Management:
Update and skip trace patient accounts listed on the bad address report to ensure accurate and up-to-date contact information.
Dispute and Complaint Resolution:
Monitor and resolve disputes and complaints related to patient experience on the shared drive. Investigate and gather relevant information to provide appropriate resolutions and recommendations. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution for patients.
Medevolve Tasks:
Utilize the Medevolve system to perform necessary task related to patient experience.
Miscellaneous Correspondence:
Manage and respond to miscellaneous correspondence from various sources, such as PandaDocs, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks:
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
Additional Duties:
The Administrative Assistant may be assigned one or more additional duties. These duties may include, but are not limited to, the following: Perform other job related duties as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications:

Excellent ability to communicate and work cohesively across Department lines. Computer competency including proficiency with Microsoft Suite, and understanding of database programs. Typing wpm 40 (minimum). Ability to consistently deliver outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers. Highly dependable and ability to meet internal deadlines consistently. Strong organization skills and attentiveness to detail. Flexible and adaptable, willing and able to adjust to rapidly changing priorities. Ability to work independently as well as in groups. Ability to maintain a professional manner and appearance at all times.
