This position will be fully onsite, working out of trailers located directly on the job site. The hourly pay is between $23/hr-$25/hr This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative support, is highly organized, and is comfortable working in a construction or job site environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Safety team and onsite project personnel Maintain and organize safety-related documentation, reports, and files Enter and track data accurately in spreadsheets and internal systems Assist with processing and maintaining safety paperwork and compliance documentation Support the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other administrative materials Coordinate meetings and assist with scheduling as needed Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date Communicate professionally with employees, contractors, and onsite personnel Assist with general office and clerical responsibilities in a trailer-based office environment on the job site

Requirements:

Previous administrative assistant or administrative support experience Strong data entry and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working in a construction/job site environment Able to work fully onsite Monday-Friday Strong communication and follow-up skills Previous experience supporting a Safety or Construction team is a plus Interested? Pay Details:
