DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR

Monday Wednesday Friday Are you a Treatment Coordinator who knows your stuff, loves working with people, and brings great energy to the office? Then we may be looking for you. We're looking for an experienced Part-Time Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our fast-paced, team-oriented practice. We work hard, laugh a lot, and believe going to the dentist should be a great experience — for our patients and our team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Present treatment plans and help patients understand their options Discuss financial options and help patients feel confident moving forward Keep the schedule flowing and the day running smoothly Build genuine relationships with patients Work closely with the clinical and front office teams

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of dental front office experience Open Dental experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Someone who can keep up when things get busy A team player who brings personality, positivity, and a great attitude
