Flexible; preference for candidates based in Arizona, New Mexico, California, or the surrounding region Position Overview A private couple is seeking a polished, highly dependable Traveling Personal Assistant / Butler / Driver to provide hands-on lifestyle, travel, and personal support. The principals maintain a primary residence in Arizona but travel extensively throughout the United States and internationally. This is a highly service-oriented position combining Personal Assistant, Butler, Concierge, and Driver responsibilities, with an emphasis on anticipating the principals' needs and ensuring their travel and daily lives operate seamlessly. The ideal candidate will be polished, discreet, resourceful, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with frequent travel. A background in security, executive protection, or law enforcement is a strong plus, particularly for candidates who also have private service experience. Responsibilities Travel extensively with the principals domestically and internationally Provide day-to-day Personal Assistant and concierge support Coordinate travel logistics, transportation, reservations, appointments, and itineraries Provide professional driving and transportation for the principals Assist with packing, unpacking, luggage management, and travel preparation Research and coordinate restaurants, activities, services, and special requests Provide polished butler-style service and hospitality as needed Liaise with hotels, household staff, vendors, drivers, security teams, and other service providers Run personal errands and manage last-minute requests Ensure the principals' needs are anticipated and addressed throughout travel Maintain complete discretion and confidentiality at all times Requirements 5+ years of experience supporting a private principal, UHNW family, or similar high-level environment Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Butler, Traveling Concierge, Private Driver, or combination of these roles Extensive domestic and international travel experience Security, executive protection, military, or former law enforcement background is a strong plus Polished, professional, and highly presentable Strong hospitality and service mentality with a "no task too small" approach Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable with frequent schedule changes Excellent communication and organizational skills Flexible schedule and 24/7 mentality while traveling Excellent references from previous employers Valid driver's license with clean driving record Valid passport and ability to travel internationally Valid U.S. work authorization SSIN789
