Job Description
Position Summary Under the general supervision of the Practice Manager, The Front Office Representative will answer phone calls and greet patients entering the facility. The Front Office Representative will correctly identify patient demographics and process data entry along with being able to schedule appointments, document telephone messages, and forward requests to the patient care team. Additional duties include collecting co-payments, obtaining insurance authorizations, assisting with referrals, obtaining release of information, setting up records for new patients and additional administrative support functions.
