Job Description

We are seeking a skilled, hands-on Professional Organizer to help create a calm, efficient, and easy-to-maintain home environment for an active, semi-retired woman. This is a hands-on organizing role , ideal for someone who is passionate about helping clients get organized and enjoys transforming spaces, creating simple systems, and working one-on-one in a thoughtful, respectful partnership. A sense of humor is essential —this work should feel productive, but also light and enjoyable. Responsibilities Organize and simplify home areas, including closets and clothing, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, office papers (personal and business), garage and storage areas Sort items into keep, donate, relocate or emotional withdrawal. Create simple, sustainable organizing systems Work side-by-side in a calm, steady, and respectful manner Support both home and light business organization systems Help maintain organization over time time-management structure Help maintain systems over time Requirements Professional Organizer (required) Minimum 3 years of professional organizing experience (strongly preferred) Excellent sense of humor (required) Skilled in active listening and providing thoughtful feedback Experience with physical organization and time management systems (personal and business) Able to understand and respect a client who prefers clear, concise communication Comfortable allowing space for natural resistance during the organizing process while gently supporting progress Calm, patient, and non-judgmental Able to take initiative while also collaborating Physically able to lift, bend, and move items as needed Ideal Personality Fit Warm, calm, grounded, and emotionally intelligent Practical and solutions-oriented Not easily overwhelmed Organized thinker who simplifies rather than complicates Appreciates humor and a positive working environment Join us in creating meaningful change!
