Administrative Generalist - Full-Time Dependable Health Services Full-Time | In-Office Be the Person Who Helps Keep Everything Moving Dependable Health Services is seeking an organized, adaptable, and dependable Administrative Generalist to support several departments across our organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and doesn't want to do the exact same thing every day. You'll work with multiple teams, assist with a wide range of administrative projects and day-to-day tasks, and step in where support is needed most. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can shift priorities, stay organized, communicate professionally, and follow through on assignments with minimal supervision . What You'll Do Because this position supports several departments, responsibilities will vary based on business needs and may include: Provide administrative support to multiple departments and team members Assist with special projects and department-specific assignments Prepare, organize, scan, and maintain documents and records Perform data entry and update information in company systems Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and tracking documents Assist with scheduling, calendars, meetings, and coordination Draft and distribute emails, correspondence, and other communications Answer and route phone calls as needed Assist with filing and general office organization Track outstanding items and follow up with appropriate team members Help coordinate information between departments Assist with onboarding, compliance, recruiting, operations, or other administrative functions as assigned Maintain confidentiality when handling employee, patient, and company information Provide coverage and additional administrative support during busy periods Take on new responsibilities and projects as organizational needs change What We're Looking For Previous administrative, office, or healthcare office experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and changing priorities Comfortable working with several departments and different leadership styles Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Comfortable learning new software and systems Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills Positive, flexible, and willing to jump in wherever help is needed Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Why Join Dependable?
